Art Party Package Remainder Payment

The day has come! We are almost ready to go. Full payment is required 3 days before arriving on the day of the party. 
 
Why? Because as you know, we are so busy putting up decorations and making the space super special for you and your guests. 
 
Important details the day of:
- 15 minutes for your prep before the party starts. 1 hour 30 minutes of party time. 15 minutes of clean up. 
- Overtime fee of $100 for 30 minutes past the agreed end time.
- Max participants for kids is 10 kids
- Unless noted all kid parties are strictly drop off. Any additional adults in the studio will be charged an extra headcount fee. 
- Extra headcount fee is $30 each, for kids & adults. 4 maximum. We work so hard to prepare for a successful party for the agreed party count. We understand that siblings show up and surprises happen.
- For kid parties, there is a maximum of 2 adults allowed to stay in the studio during the party.  The 2 adults are allowed to stay in the Foyer area. If you want more parents in the studio, then the "kid" headcount needs to be below the maximum.
