Teacher In Service CAMP: St. Patricks 3/10/2025
Welcome to a magical, green-filled adventure at Sparkologie's St. Patrick's Day Camp! Kids ages 5-10 are invited to dive into Irish-themed creativity, STEM challenges, and design activities celebrating the spirit of St. Patrick's Day!
Activities may include:
Lucky Leprechaun Art – Campers will paint rainbows, decorate shamrocks, and craft their own leprechaun hats with colorful materials. They’ll also have a chance to create glittering "pots of gold" to add a bit of sparkle to their day.
STEM Shamrock Science – Young scientists will learn about chemistry and color theory by making fizzy, color-changing shamrocks. They’ll explore fun experiments like “leprechaun slime” and rainbow color mixing.
Treasure Hunt Adventure – Using design and problem-solving skills, kids will follow clues around the studio to find hidden treasures in a St. Patrick's-themed scavenger hunt.
Irish Dancing and Music – Kids will get moving and learn a few fun dance steps while listening to lively Irish music. They'll also try their hand at designing their own musical instruments with recycled materials to keep the beats going.
Pot of Gold STEM Challenge – Kids will work in teams to build a mini “leprechaun trap” using everyday materials, testing engineering skills as they find ways to catch that elusive little guy!
