SPARK Art: Minecraft , Super Mario Bros. + Mix Mediums

Enter the colorful worlds of Minecraft and Super Mario Brothers with our Mixed Media Art Class, designed for kids aged 6-10 years old! This fun-filled class combines the excitement of popular video games with creative art projects, encouraging young artists to explore their imaginations and develop their artistic skills.
 
What to Expect:
Weekly Themes: Each week, we will embark on new artistic adventures inspired by the pixelated landscapes of Minecraft and the whimsical worlds of Super Mario Brothers.
Creative Techniques: Children will experiment with various art forms, including drawing, painting, using materials & mediums such as oils, pastels, watercolor pencils, and gouache.
Character Creations: Kids will create their own versions of favorite characters, design new creatures and settings, and craft stories that bring their artwork to life.
Skill Development: Focus on fundamental art skills such as color mixing, shape recognition, fine motor coordination, and spatial awareness in a fun, engaging way.
Interactive Play: Activities will include interactive storytelling, group projects, and games that promote teamwork and social skills.
 
Highlights:
Minecraft Creations: Build and paint 3D models of Minecraft characters and structures, create pixel art, and design your own game worlds.
Super Mario Adventures: Draw and paint scenes from the Mushroom Kingdom, craft Mario, Luigi, and friends using various materials, and design your own Super Mario levels.
Interactive Storytelling: Combine art and storytelling by creating comics, dioramas, and interactive storybooks featuring your favorite characters from Minecraft and Super Mario Brothers.
 
Materials Provided: All necessary art supplies will be provided, including paints, brushes, paper, glue, scissors, clay, and more. Kids are encouraged to bring their imagination and a love for creativity!
