SPARK Art: Marvel Avengers + Mix Mediums

Unleash your inner superhero with our Mixed Media Art Class themed around Marvel Characters, designed for kids aged 7-10 years old! This action-packed class combines the excitement of Marvel’s iconic superheroes with creative art projects, inspiring young artists to explore their imaginations and develop their artistic skills.
 
What to Expect:
Weekly Themes: Each week, we will focus on different Marvel characters and storylines, from the Avengers and Spider-Man to the Guardians of the Galaxy and X-Men.
Creative Techniques: Children will experiment with various art forms, including drawing, painting, using materials & mediums such as oils, pastels, watercolor pencils, and gouache.
Character Creations: Kids will create their own renditions of favorite superheroes, design new characters, and craft dynamic scenes and settings from the Marvel Universe.
Skill Development: Focus on developing essential art skills such as color blending, perspective, anatomy, and composition in a fun, engaging environment.
Interactive Play: Activities will include interactive storytelling, group projects, and games that promote teamwork and social skills.
 
Highlights:
Superhero Portraits: Learn to draw and paint detailed portraits of Marvel superheroes, exploring different styles and techniques.
Action Scenes: Create dynamic action scenes featuring epic battles and adventures, using various mixed media techniques to bring them to life.
3D Models: Build and sculpt 3D models of favorite characters and iconic Marvel items, like Iron Man’s helmet or Thor’s hammer.
Comic Art: Design your own comic strips and storyboards, learning the basics of comic book art and storytelling.
 
Materials Provided: All necessary art supplies will be provided, including paints, brushes, paper, glue, scissors, and more. Kids are encouraged to bring their creativity and a love for superheroes!
